What your co-workers are doing could count as Sexual Harassment. Before you start throwing the word "sexual harassment" around your workplace definitely check with Human Resources or your Manager and find out what they consider Sexual Harassment. If it does, I'd consider the pro's and con's of what reporting it might do. I only say this because I had this kind of problem at a prior job, and reporting it was my decision. In my case, my Manager did **** about it and the company let her go as well as the Assistant Manager who was harassing me. Before you report it, discuss this with your Manager. He or she (if they are good at what they do and take their job seriously) should discuss their behavior with these people. If it continues to happen, then decide whether you want to report it or not. But you need to bring it up with HR/Manager so that they are aware of their behavior because otherwise they'll never know what is going on. OH- the second you start feeling uncomfortable it doesn't matter- it's still harassment. |

This is something that is not tolerated at most jobs and your supervisor should be able to help you, providing he is not one who stares at you himself...
If the supervisor is of no help, then perhaps there is a boss higher up you can talk to... |

If you really think that it is more then 1 person - you are probaly just way to full of your self - if it is true (likely not) - then ask them to stop - and then report them to HR |

I'm not quite sure...but I'm guessing you work in a medical office or hospital. If so, there are strict guidelines that prohibit your co-workers from doing/saying inappropriate things.
When it comes to the patients, you could consult your supervisor on how to handle it. If that person doesn't help you, perhaps you could try approaching the company's legal office for advice. (I'd be sure to let them know I'd already approached my supervisor to no avail, too).

Advise your boss and make sure he/she document the conversation. Also, you MUST advise the people who are doing it that it makes you uncomfortable and you want them to stop.
Keep a log of when and what you've said to whom concerning the problem. If it continues after you have advised your boss you need to go to Human Resources and or corporate with a formal, written complaint stateing who, what, when, where, and how many times...thus the log!
Good luck and make sure you are not provoking any unwanted attention by your dress or actions. The people investigating the charges will investigate you as well as the situation. |

When pervert guys look at you and seem they want to undress you with their eyes they enjoy it when they notice that you get nervous or embarrased. I think the best thing to do is to pretend it dont bug you and when they are starring at you stare at them back but with confidence. |
