For some reason we need people willing to work for less than what it costs to pay someone in America. It's a business strategy that makes companies lots of money because you have to factor in the exchange rate. Let's say it costs 10 USD an hour to pay an American employee but it only costs 5 USD an hour because of a country's exchange rate, to pay an employee from another country to do the same work for the same ,or less, money value.
