Well, five dollars was generous of you so if you are going to call them, you have every right to give them a piece of your mind UNLESS there was some sort of mistake. Granted that shouldn't happen either way, but the severity of your complaint should be based on whether or not it was on purpose. If that little punk kid added it on purpose after you gave him over 30% then he should pay for it with his job. Either way, I see some free pizza in your future. ;-) |

This happend to me before.. i though that i was being charged extra when i paid with my debit card.. but actually some companys they take out a percentage as "security" when you pay with any card. The money will be back into your account once the transaction is complete. If you do not see the money back in your account within a couple days then call them and ask them about it. but for now.. dont worry about it. im pretty sure that your situations is the same as mine.. |

call domino's and have them reverse the charges, it is their mistake. if it is still on your credit card, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company, they will research it or at the very least, remove it. tell domino's that you will dispute the charge, more than likely they will reverse it. |

Well your money is gone now there is nothing you can do about it. But you should call the pizza place and suggest that because they didn't tell you that a 20% surcharge would be added to your bill that in the future you will be taking your business elsewhere.
I've done things like this before with my credit card company, my bank and my cell phone company. The thing is, that they have deals that they are allowed to offer you. People just never get them because they don't ask for them. So if they think that they'll lose your business over that 20%, they'll either refund it, or give you a coupon for a cheap if not free pizza the next time.
Remember; the coustomer is always right. |

Call your credit card company and dispute the charge. You could also call or email Domino's corporate offices and file a complaint, letting them know what that particular franchise is doing. |

You may discorver that that could be a minor error from the counter, so calling to find out the problem may be the best alternative. If you go out of your way in looking for other ways of approaching the same problem, you may end up incuring more expences. so just call and get the problem solved. |

Pizza delivery isn't free anymore; that was probably the service fee for delivery. $2.84 for delivery really isn't that much dear, considering the price of gasoline. |

That'll learn ya to use your credit card for eating.
What would you do without your credit card?
Starve? People actually did starve when there weren't credit cards around.
They tacked on a surcharge to cover their losses from bad credit cards(just a guess).
Whatever happened to hard earned money?
I guess the fat cat C.E.O.'s created this mess. |
