Pay through PayPal. You are covered, according to EBay's website, for purchases paid for through PayPal. It's pretty safe.
Should you not receive your order, contact the seller, and if the seller doesn't respond, lodge a dispute claim with EBay (then PayPal) and the matter should get solved to your satisfaction.
Most all sellers don't want a problem. They want their customers to be happy, and also to be in good standing with EBay and PayPal. |

Contact the seller and if it cannot be solved, contact ebay. Then file a complaint with paypal to get your money back. good luck! |

1st ) you need to contact the seller, find out why its not there yet. 2) if you can't resolve it with the seller then go to paypal and issue a complaint against the seller. Paypal and Ebay will then try and resolve the issue between you and the seller if they find in your favor you get your money back.

Contact Paypal, Report the person, and keep emailing them, if nothing happens paypal will give you a refund, and the seller will have to pay them back or their account will be blocked. |

Report the incident ASAP to Ebay and take it from there. If you want your money back you need to take the initiative and keep bugging Ebay until a compromise has been settled. Email, call, whatever it takes. To avoid this from happening in the future I would examine the feedback of the buyer/seller carefully before bidding. |

it usually takes 5 to 10 days for the payment to clear their bank. most people dont ship until they receive the payment. if after 10 days you dont hear anything from the seller, try to send them a message. if you get no response, report it to ebay. they will get in touch with the seller and find out what the hold up is. |

this has happened to me before you simply complain to ebay about the user you bought it off and if you have proof you payed for it they will ban that user YOU WILL NOT GET YOURE MONEY BACK |

it should state in the item description when the item will be dispatched and roughly how long it will take to arrive, if this isnt the case or the seller does not abide by it then start by emailing him/her.
if they dont reply or are being awkward then you can open a dispute against them.
there should be an option for this on your myebay page. |

You should contact the buyer to find out why the item has not been shipped, maybe it's out of stock or taking longer than usual to process the order, if this fails I think there might be a policy on paypal/ebay where you can complain and get money back? Not 100% sure as never had to do this but look into it. Also, if they fail to get in touch with you after you have made contact leave them bad feedback!! Hope it works out, it's sh*t being done! |
