Displacement... I put it all out in an object if noones around. But there are times that if I can't stand it, I yell at the other person and I always curse and I really don't give a damn if there are other people watching us. But most of the time I try to control my emotion so I just stay quiet. |

Walk away, listen to loud music, cry, slam doors or break something inanimate. Or all of them.
If I can't walk away and the person who mad me mad is still there aggrevating me, I will say the most absolutely hateful and hurtful thing to them I can think of. Which is why I much prefer to walk away. I have come up with really nasty things that I have regretted deeply later.

Listen to music and play violent video games. Its relaxing for me to take out my frustrations on pixels rather than people. If you have the cheat codes for Half - life, crowbaring everything with god mode on is way too much fun. |
