Ok, stop for a second and think here. Look at all the people before me saying how awful this is, it's a sin, there evil, gross etc...why on earth would you want to put up with that? Obviously this isn't a choice becuase no one would choose to be hated. People are killed over this, it's a scary way to be.
So tell me, how do two people who are in love and the same sex affect you? How does this ruin your life? Why not just leave people alone? I guarentee that by the next two generations kids will be talking about their crazy grandparents who still think homosexuality is wrong, jut the way we talk about how ours are racist.
It's the next civil right and I suggest you really think about why your against it. See if you can figure out how it actually affects you...becuase unless you're gay, I sure can't. |

Not very much, or very often. People wouldn't worry about what other people thought of them, if they knew how rarely they did. Gay issues wouldn't be discussed at all, if there wasn't a strong effort to bring it into the mainstream media. Also, gay spokespeople sometimes hitchhike on racist issues. That can be insulting to the victims of prejudice, that never had the choice to be black, yellow, red, white, etc. I'm white, but even I know that M L King dreamed of a day when we would be judged on the content of our character. Dealing with your own sexuality IS a character issue, NOT a skin color issue. I don't think it's possible to have an independent gay society, because left alone, that society wouldn't breed. The only gay people we know about, are either hiding in, or dependent upon a hetero society. Nuf said. |

i like some and i don't others because before they are gay or bi, they are people. from personal experience i love them they're usually very cultured and wonderful around where i live plus I'm bi myself so its no diffrent to me what someones sexual preference is. |
