when something is on back order it means that they sell the item but it is not in stock. so people still have the option to buy it and kind of "reserve" it for when they do get some in. It can take from 2 days to 2 months. it all depends on the items demand. if a lot of people went in before your dad then they're going to get theirs first.. and then they may be out and you'd have to wait on their next shipment. It really sucks but just be patient, at least your getting it! |

when something is backordered they dont have the item in stock but when it does come, they'll send it to you. i bought something once and they said it was backordered for 3 months. that time could change though..i got my item in 1 month..so theres no set time limit. |
