What do you mean? We look like apes! We actually are apes. You probably mean like "Planet of the Apes". Since we woulnd't know better, we would think that is the best thing you can look like, so it would be OK. Somehow apes are not that sexy, but I'm sure as apes we would think it's cool.

Well, compared to how similar we are to say, bats, or pine trees, we do sort of look like apes. The animal that humans most resemble is the juvenile chimpanzee.

We sort of do. And some people have hair all over their face, and really look more Ape-like on account of that. But they are still intelligent and totally human.

So I guess not much would be different, except for perhaps we'd have a different idea of beauty. Instead of thinking that humans are pretty and apes are ugly, we'd think the opposite.
