It's probably nothing hon. Everyone is different. Just because most people have it younger, doesn't mean there is anything wrong. That's why they have the word MOST, otherwise I'd be telling you EVERYONE had it younger. I'd make an appointment with your doctor, just to play it safe and to put your mind at ease. |

I'm sure your fine. Some people don't get their peiod until after high school even. Give it time and unless your having other problems I wouldn't see the docter just yet. |

Everyone develops at their own rate, but it wouldn't hurt to see your doctor about it. You might need a little medical support to begin getting your period. |

i think its normal some have theirs late even when theyve gone thru puberty. |

I would have a doctor check me out, cuz I was considered late, and that was in 8th grade. You may have cysts, or fallopian tube problems.....go see your DOC~! |

if you havent had your period at all dont worry so much every female gets her period at diffent ages it all depends on your body everyone is different some may get it at 9yrs old some at 15, 17yrs old, but if you want to make sure theres nothing wrong see a gynecologist. |

Ask your mom to bring you to her gynecologist to make sure everything's okay. You just might be a late bloomer. |

You really should see a doctor just to rule out any potential health problems or future fertility problems. |
