PayPal is an alternate way of getting paid. For example, if you sell an item on E-Bay, the buyer could sent you the money through paypal. Or if you freelance, same the company could pay you through paypal. |

paypal is like a third party banking company. They directly bill your bank or credit card the amount you desire, hold it in escrow until it is approved by your bank/card (which is instant unless you use echecks) and then deposite it in the paypal acount or bank of the person or entity you dictate.
This meathod is safest for online buying and selling because it keeps the payees from knowing or medling in the payers banking infromation, such as account numbers or scocial security numbers.
It is not scam or off shore mess. Its the largest safest online perchasing/buying tool out there. Ive used it since it was created and ive never had a problem with it. |
