They might be lol !! If you think you might be tempted but won't be able to afford it I'd phone in advance to ask them what the appointment is for and tell them not to ask you if you want a loan, credit card etc. I wouldn't go , unless I knew why they wanted to see me !! |

All it is to make sure you are banking right for you and if they can help you in any way so if you have a credit card is there anything they can do to reduce costs ect however they will not want you to take off protection but DO take off any protection as it is crap it covers diddly squat unless you die!!
Just bank being nosey Elric no pain for you just bloody going there lol |

I am sure thats they will go over your accounts and might offer a "better" solution for your existing loan and staff ... well before signing anything make sure you bring terms and conditions home and go over them yourself.
remember just because they are nice it does not means anything it is your money, your credit you life! |

They're going to try to offer you a more expensive bank account. They're trying to sit you down and advertise at you for 15 minutes. |

Probably yes. Depends on your bank they may offer things like savings accounts or something. My bank keeps offering them to me but I just say I dont need it. Stick to your guns if you cant afford something dont take it!! Good Luck!!! |

If they don't like the look of your finances/or overdraft, they will try and talk you into a loan. Don't be bullied! |

They just want to get you to save more, buy more insurances through them, etc etc. They are just trying to get their hands on more of your money .... end of. |

I'm with Reece on this one - this must be one of the few businesses in existence that gets you to visit them, possibly against your will (!) and at your own expense, then attempts to sell you stuff!
But when you go in to a bank and want some genuine Customer Service, all you're faced with is a 'bank' of machines and not a human bean in sight! (Tut!) |

They probably want to review your overdraft Elric! |

They will do a review of your existing accounts to be sure you are in the right products and earning the max interest. You do not have to purchase anything. Do it, you never know whats changed w/ your bank. |

Listen to them carefully. Make notes if you wish.
Sign nothing.
Go away and think.
Good Luck. |
