Please don't say get a job, because I'm not stupid and I know what a job is. However, I have no means of transportation and my parents work too late to take me anywhere to work.
What about selling avon to your peers at school. For example makeup. My coworker makes a lot of money selling us lotions etc. If you are creative you can design earrings and necklaces and sell these to your peers. Design some cool t-shirts and wear them. People will see them and if they like it. They will ask you Where you get them.

Since you don't have transportation you must be looking for work you can do from your home. See if you parents will allow you to baby sit at home. Talk to your neighbors who know you, then maybe you can take in a child or two while the parents are working. Or part time on a parents night out.

you can do lawns and stuff right around where you live and charge abit cause its not easy to do. you can run errands for neighbors if its not too far. help clean a room or something for older person. don't charge too much and they will use you for alot of thigns. take care.
