Invoice is a bill... it means you owe them some money. Did you sell something on Ebay? If so... yes, you have to pay them their cut.

It's your bill. Ebay charges for selling (listing) and also a final value fee which is a percentage of the final selling price.

An invoice or bill is a commercial document issued by a seller to a buyer, indicating the products, quantities and agreed prices for products or services with which the seller has already provided the buyer. An invoice indicates that payment is due from the buyer to the seller, according to the payment terms (eg- direct debit, cheque) |

An invoice is just a receipt for a purchase and it can include an amount due if you don't pay for it up front.
eBay is probably billing you for listing fees or final value fees. Did you recently sell something on eBay? It usually takes a couple weeks for it to be billed be eBay which is why it may have caught you off guard. |

How can you be selling something on Ebay and NOT know what an invoice is? It is your bill. Ebay has to make money somehow and when you sell an item, a percentage goes to them.... and you have to write the check! Lucky you. |

An invoice is a piece of paper telling you how much your goods are. You have been charged because E-bay items are not free. They normally send them It after the payment for the goods has cleared. |
