In your opinion & expertise, what is the best small country that you can make a business to & from?

Singapore is suppose to be great.

I would say Singapore, they are growing fast currently.

well what i think is that Japan, Costa Rica, Irland stuff like that.

Think of countries that aspire to be like your country, but are a long way off. That way, you know alot about them. What do they need at their level to bring them along. Do you have access to those things at good prices? Then that is a good country to begin selling to. Best is if that country also has a market in your country - clothing, wood, tea, technology, etc. Then there is mutual regard, and possible shipping benefits.
