CHRISTMAS! I mean, you've got the presents, the carols, the (several) days off, cookies, big meals with family and friends. It is the one holiday that is considered a "season". Did you ever hear anyone talk about "the Columbus Day Season"? or the "Labor Day Season"?...No..
Think about it, advertising for the Christmas season starts in October now. Has anyone asked you "have you got your Groundhog Day shopping done yet"? or "It's only four short weeks to Martin Luther King Day"??
