I have read about such survey on newspaper several days ago. The result is slightly surprising: The best countries to live are Scandinavian (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, etc.). They have good Human Development Indexes (HDIs), pretty high GNP, and safety. Prominent countries like Japan or USA seems can't beat them. Perhaps that's because of life hardship in those countries. |

Good Question but my answer is the country you can afford. There's alot to be said for & against Germany, Texas, California, Nevada, Hawa!!, New South Wales & Queensland but if I had a zillion bux, I'd live Honolulu, USA! Since I don't have a zillion bux, it's New South Wales, Australia but with a real brite gleam in my bride's eye for LasVegas, Nevada, USA! It's probably 'easier' in New South Wales & therefore 'best' but it won't take too many more arguements to give up on Australia & git back to the USA! Especially with these new anti-smoking campaigns! |
