it all depends on her personality and taste. If she's very punk,emo,punk/rock or anything of that sort then get her tickets to see her fav band or any concert that is under 18. Hell even get her something from HOTTOPIC. If she is very girlie girl like she's very into the pink **** and jewlery.Then get her a nice necklace or something lady like.If u still can't think of anything get her a gift card.Yes that may seem a little unpersonal but it's the thought that counts. And if she ask's why a gift card just tell her u wanted her to pick a gift she was happy with insted of stuck with.

The best gift I got for my 16th birthday would be tattoos, but I wouldn't recommend that for most.
