i have found that if you drink 8-10 12 oz glass of water a day, and no pop or junk food, fast food will make you gain weight fast also, i mean you don't have to eat extremely heathly to loose weight, just stay away from carbonated stuff , also alcohol,fit in some veggies, or some friut, drink juices , stay away from bread if you can, or just cut down eating things with yeast. i waould say make a week chart for your daily ideal meals so you can fit in eating and loosing weight at the same time. I hope i helped

Try taking the stairs, or parking farther away from work so you can walk a little farther. They say that 30 minutes of activity per day, even if it's not continuous, is beneficial.

My friend's mom's work gave out pedometers to everyone so they could see how far they were walking. The company rewarded those who did healthy behaviors like walking a certain number of steps or drinking a certain amount of water per day. Perhaps you could get a program like this going in your office. You could even just start it with a few of your coworkers so you can support each other.

Also, try to eat on a regular schedule and stay away from vending-machine food.

Remember that when your body is in better shape, you have more energy and feel better. You might find that giving up time for exercise will actually make your work more efficient, so that it won't be so much of a sacrifice.

First you have to eat healthy. Try diet pop. SKim Milk. Anything to cut down you calories. You need to excurcise. They say to walk an hour a day. Split it up into 15 min. A nice time to chill out and destress. Stress could be the reason you ain't loosing weight. Most people loose maybe a pound or two in a week. It isn't health to loose it any faster. So loosing weight does take time. Good luck.

this may sound lame....i'm overweight myself, but I've always believed in letting my doctor tailor a diet that is guaged toward my lifestyle & individualized to me...you may be more successful that way....best of luck...truly...I feel 4 u

it took awhile i guess for you to gain weight so it should take a while to lose it just keep on keepin on eat healthy EXERCISE at least 30 minutes a day what ever you want to do to pick up your heart rate to boost your metabolism

the overall best way to lose weight is to eat foods that are good for you as opposed to foods that are unhealthy and convenient. By eating foods that are good for you(fruits, veggies) and staying away from foods high in saturated fats(pork,beef) your body will begin to shed all that unnecessary body fat. You will be losing weight and eating healthy at the same time.

so far i've discovered changing the way i cook or for that matter how my hubby cooks to how his brother cooks plus i take a little coral calcium
