whatever you do DON'T:
1. get your friends to ask her out. or find out from your friends if she likes you.
2. this is has been one of my utmost pet peeves w/men do not go up to her and say "what's up shorty?" thinking you're cool
3. in general do not come up w/a line at all it's just lame and a real turnoff!
HERE'S SOME ADVICE FROM A WOMAN:
* a woman will respect you and will be flattered if you come up to her yourself and ask her out. Just make sure its when she's by herself.
* BE YOURSELF!
* ask her out more than once. if she says no at first. she might change her mind
however you decide to ask her out, just remember if she says no (and i'm speaking from my own experience) it's not necessarily a reflection on yourself she might not be ready for a relationship. GOOD LUCK! :) |

the best way to ask a girl out is to just do it. ask her if she would like to go to the movies or to get something to eat; anything. if she looks uncomfortable then ask her if she would rather go in a group. that way you both don't feel so nervous. |

It depends on many factors... If you know she likes you, just plain out ask her if she would like to go out with you. If you are not sure, involve some friends to do some research and see if she likes you back. If all things are good, just go out somewhere somewhat private, and ask her. Just go for it. What have you got to lose? |

well... do you know the girl, have her number and all that, or does your question also imply asking her for a number, even her name maybe? in case you do have all that info, it's best to act NOT NEEDY, try to look like you're in control, and you're the selector, not the selectee... I don't mean be a jerk, just let her know, in a subtle way, that you are only asking her out so you can get to know her better, use the "friendship routin" and all that... you should always tell her things like "we could be friends" or "let's go out and make friends", stuff like that... that messes them up... plus, try to be intrigueing to her, don't act like a wussy, be a man. always interrupt your conversations first (not like "ok, bye! - CLAMP, there goes the line", always be the first one to say goodbye and all that stuff...
if you don't know the girl... well... try not to make any compliments about how she looks when first talking to her... and never give her a direct answer, unless if it's "no" ;) send mixed emotions. try to look confortable and cool... don't look like "God, it's A GIRL!!!" be cool!
