Nothing to do but wait. Depending on how much is already in your system, it could take 2 weeks to a month for it to be completely gone. There isn't a thing you can do to speed that up. |

go to the store and buy golden seal and take about 10 pills 3 times a day and you will be clean in 24 hours. i know this works. i have also heard drinking pickle juice will clear out your system too, as will taking niacin, but i have never tried these. it will help to be thin, the fatter you are the longer thc stays in your system. |

Don't smoke :) lol...of course, but i think everyones body is different. It depends on your metabolism/weight, also. I have bought the self test strips, you can get them online for about 2 bucks a piece; instead of 15 dollars at your local pharmacy. I recommend buying about 10 of them and testing your self to make sure you know, whatever you do/hear actually works. It depends on what test you are taking...ie strip/labrotory. I beleive they have different cut offs. A labrotory can get the exact amount. While the strip is only positive if your level is hgher then the cutoff. Make sure you get approved tests/cutoff ratios. YOu can read about everything people ave tried....try "hightimes". they have a section dedicated to it. Personally, i have just drunk alot of water. I smoked for the whole 3 weeks prior. Then i drunk alot of water. more then your average 8 glasses or watever a day. You want to be overly hydrated. Don't drink yourself stupid. they say that can cause problems also :) I tested my self the very next day in the am. I was positive. I then drank as much water as i could - without feeling sick. i was pissing about every half hour or so. I tested myself then. It was very slow coming up and not as dark...but i got a negative reading/slightly. I continued to drinkk water the rest of the night. and when i got up in the moring about 4 cups of coffee..which runs through you! I was NEGATIVE....it seems to work. i need to get somemore test strips one day and expirment some more...fun fun..okay it's the smokin thats fun. Hope this helps you

drink lots and lots of water and alcohol and you will eventually piss it all out. also it helps to exercise alot it will also sweat out. i also heard an old tale to take a shot of bleach, but i wouldnt reccomend it. the easiest thing to do is go buy a cleaning system for your body, they are expensive but worth it. |
