I am looking for information on how to report a person - she has been deleting people's hours and also when people disagree with her she cuts their hours. This person is responsible for a lot of the finances of the company. What is a great way to expose or find out more about her corrupt behavior?

The person's boss already knows about how she treats others. Additionally, she is really the only person that the payroll goes through - its not a big department and more like a 1 woman show. |

Insofar as the hours report her to your States Department of Labor so they can conduct an investigation. Once DOL sticks there nose in any organization alot of other dirt normally comes out. If this person is deleting employee's worked hours it's not only illegal, but the company will have to pay those employee's. I am sure Ms. B!t^h will be fired. There is your revenge. |

You should be very careful when you take actions against a person in a higher position than yours. Revenge can be very disastrous (being fired).
Be sure to have proper proof and documentation of your charges. If you also trust a person in managemet you should inform them when you have all your proof together. Otherwise, WATCH OUT!!! |

Revenge is a bad idea, but there is a problem at your job that needs to be addressed. You need to report this to Human Resources so they can investigate. The poster who said to keep photocopies of your timesheets has a good idea. You need to have some kind of proof if you are going to accuse this person of anything. |

The problem you're going to have, is that once reported, the employees have to be willing to talk when an investigation is started. If they don't, then you'll find yourself standing alone.
Better for you to quietly start looking for other employment. |
