Change yourself.
I know it's hard, but believe me.. they are not causing the stress, you are.
It may seem like external factors are creating stress inside of you but only through the understanding that you truly create your own stress can you hope to master it. Simply change your internal reaction to external stimuli... but I know that it's much harder than it sounds... I have been trying for many years and am only getting calmer, so I think it's working. |

I suggest meditation. Doesn't have to be a religious thing, isn't for me, but really helps. My job is quite fast paced and can be very stressful; used to have trouble leaving the stress there. Now, 1st thing I do when I get home from work is meditate for a while (5 minutes if that's all I've got, 20-30 if I can). Mostly it's just sitting quietly, breathing deeply, and trying not to think of anything - don't think about work, don't think about family issues, etc. Try to count slowly - thinking of nothing but the number - if anything else pops into your mind start over. I've been doing this for almost two years, finally reached 10 about 2 months ago. |

Breath, have a great sense of humor, exercise, do something really childish or immature - but not illegal cause that will just add to your stress. |

Just learn to deal with it!
We as humans are very adaptable, more so than most people think. Use all that energy you're exerting on stressing out and find ways to cope. I'm sure you are a smart individual and will be surprised what you come up with when you put your mind to it! good luck |

Just keep telling yourself you'll make it threw it. trust me you will eventually, but it may be an uphill struggle for awhile. In the mean time helping releive stress until you get through it would help alot. Different things help for different people, for me a stress ball works and when that does not work finding a bare spot on the wall where you can through the stress ball at until your tired helps too. |
