i wake up at 6:00 in the morning, i go to college and then at 12:00pm to 6:00pm i have work. then i come home, eat, watch tv, and do homework, and finally i go to bed by 12:00 to 1:00. and i think thats why i am always sleepy in all of my classes! what should i do to stay awake? coffee doesn't work at all! not even Coke! grrr... |

Here is some ways to make yourself awake in the class...1st, you can get some sweets/chewing gums before the class. While the lesson is going, you can take some of it! It will stay you alert, when you are chewing some thing! I used to do it when I feel sleepy! 2nd, do not overtake your breakfast because it will make you more drowsy! 3rd, if possible, you can do some light exercise before you take your breakfast, such as push-up. A healthly body will keep you more energetic! 4th, you can press your neck a few times, I've tried, it's really work! Lastly, I hope this will help you to stay awake in class...Good Luck! |

You need sleep. You'll crash and burn if you keep it up.
Better to multitask. Can you do homework at work? Can you do homework in class while tape recording the lecture? Then, you can listen to the lecture while commuting.
Talk to your professor about your work schedule. It's better they know why you're falling asleep. Even if they have no sympathy, you're no worse off. |

You should try an energy drink and if that don't work then you should really consider going to bed earlier and going to bed hungry. |

finally and probably the best advice.... dont watch tv, finish your home work and go to sleep. maybe take sleeping pills so you go to sleep at 10. if you start your homework at 6 and finish at 10 then you have plenty of sleep. |

Bawls. then again, sugar doesnt work that well for me when it comes to staying awake. so i advise sugar-free energy drinks, like the forementioned Bawls, or Monster. those seem to work the best for me. |
