if you want the cheapest, look in the paper in the bargain pages. someone might have a wreck that runs to sell you. i might even be willing to trade you the car I got here if you need it bad enough. I got a fresh engine in it and the body is clean..... |

It's all about haggling. Talk to the sales rep and convince him to lower the price. |

go to cars.com, carmax.com, or check out your local police auctions. |

I would put money away every payday until I could afford the car I liked to pay cash, that way your not paying for all the extra finances. thats what I would do. |

if you want a running car, from another human with cash.
there will usually be signs on them or they'll be sitting out in
an empty lot. better still to buy from someone you know because they won't rip you off. |

its all about negotiating, start at what you think is a reasonable price and if the dealer or private owner wont accept it, give them your name and number and tell them if your mind changes, call me. |

Either buy cash from the show-room or buy it from any seized car. |

Usually a local newspaper has people selling used ones for as little as $200.I don't know if the cars work, but they claim they are in good workable condition. Most of the cars are $700 and up,though. |
