Hit a fast food restaurant for every meal. Make sure you get the "biggy" size.--thats if you want to gain 20#s of fat. Work out and get a physical trainer if you want to gain 20#s of muscle but that might be unachievable for most people.

20 pounds of muscle or 20 pounds of fat? There's a REALLY big difference. The 20 lbs of fat is easy--eat a stick of butter every day for a month. The 20 pounds of muscle is quite a bit harder. Lift a lot of weights and workout a lot.
