Let my kids go with their dad on a long trip. I felt alone and sort of lost without my kids. I have been alone before just not since I split with my ex. And this was the first time I let him take my kids so far away. I was very sad almost to the point of depression. I am good now but it taught me a lot about myself. How to deal with things on my own, how to be by myself and still function in the working world, to trust that things would be alright, that I can't control everything my children do and I learned a little bit more of compassion. I've been so hurt and mad about the way things were that I never really thought about how my kids dad felt not having our kids with him. I am a better person for it now I hope. Personal strength builder!!! |

Translating is very difficult because words do translate but meanings or rhythm of speech do not.
