Be creative. Quiet time is great to get to know yourself. Do you have hobbies? Try a new hobby. Read a great book. Cook dinner and invite someone over. Make popcorn and watch a movie. Visit a neighbor. Write a letter. Dress up in warm clothes and grab a flashlight and go for a walk. Look at family photos and contact a family member you have not seen in a while. Get on a chat line and talk to new friends. Build a camp fire in your back yard and have cocoa and toast marshmallows. Be creative.
