Let me try and demistify this for our benefit.
As an individual, do i pay tax for the income i earn with out hiding any income from the government ?
If the answer is yes, then you are 50% contributer to the White / Accounted Money.
Second part is do you take bill for every item you buy from a toothpaste to the more costly items required for your needs even if you have to pay the additional tax on it like VAT or Sales Tax or Central Sales Tax.
If you do so then you contribute another 50% to the White Money.
Hope this gives you some insight in to the Black & White Currency. If every body follows this there is no concept of B/W money, it is only Good Money in Circulation.
Let us not try to correct others first, let us take the first step to correct ourselves, other things will fall in place.
Bye...... |

No Racisim and colour as fas as the money is concerned. However Black money is in liquid hard currency, the source of income not known. Mostly illegal way and however the money becomes white by money laundering (do not ask about money laundering) I will be teaching the world to be non patriotic to their respective country. |

haha... not really it's colour but thing depends on you have sell leggaly or illegal. if u sell with all taxes applicable, and u get money for it is called white money. and more like this some examples of black money : getting cash by corruption, getting money by robery, non tax paid money etc... you may visit this site for more about money http://modelcareer.tripod.com/id25.html |

White money is one for which details have been provided to the government.
Black money is not shown to the government and it will be used for illegal transactions , something like drugs, terrorist activities, etc. |

everyone must pay tax for his earning, the percentage of tax will change according to your income, to waive this all will show that they are earning less even though they earn more, for example if you earn 10000 rupees you have to pay tax as 100 rupees then u will show that you had earned only 5000 rupees and pay only 50 rupees as tax so the remaining 5000 is considered as black money ,for this only govt insisting public to receive bills for buying goods |

Its basically the way u earn it.If there is honesty in transaction it is white. If it is not then it is black. |

The only color is differ, just kidding.
Tax is key when u pay tax on ur earning it is white and if u don't pay tax it is black because it is earned by some illegal means that why it is black.
