The French. When I was in Paris they were very rude if you could not speak French. They just brushed you off. I think most people in the USA would try to help someone that could not speak English |

I don't hate the French....they, in general, seem to be a passionate & well-cultured people....I think intercultural exchange with any culture [other than sworn enemies] is a great/enriching learning experience. |
