As a relative newcomer to the company I've been given the CEO as my secret santa. It's a smallish company (under 40 people) and I know him quite well but I can't think of anything suitable. Do you know if he has an ipod? Get him one of those armband to hold the ipod when he is running.
You can also get him one of those device that track his speed, distance and such.

What about a pedometer or a stopwatch. Maybe one of those Under Armor shirts that are suppose to be great for working out in because they absorb the perspiration and keep you cool and dry.
