Order some flowers online and have them sent to her, and talk to her when you are in the hallway or something, when she is alone.
Sometimes people are worried about the way other people look, when they are with friends.
But, looks aren't everything, talk to her like a friend. And then if she really likes you after some time, then she won't care what other people think.
If you can't be in a relationship, hopefully, you can become friends.
