Give 50 million to charity. This is so people don't view you as greedy.
Set aside 20 million as a "charity fund". This is because, usually when lottery winners are publicized, they get many letters and phone calls from cancer patients and such who beg for money. You have to watch out though, because a lot of them are fake.
Set aside 5 million to buy gifts for your friends. This is so they dont get jealous and hate you.
Once other people have been taken care of, just enjoy what you have. Personally, I would buy myself a car, go shopping for new clothes, then go clubbing and pick up girls (all hot girls are attracted to money).
Oh yea, don't forget about state/federal taxes. Remember what happened to the guy who won Survivor (he's now in jail).

Well after robbing the bank you should lay low for a long while and open multiple overseas bank accounts so if you are caught when you get out you will have some money somewhere at least and make small inversion and buy self managed business so the money just doesnt stay "frozen" invest in stock and also invest in gold and deposit it in a overseas bank!!!!

You should buy $100 million worth of weed.
