Mentally: I would consult a counslor or trusted adult.
Physically: These can develop from mental - I would reccomend asking yourself WHY and WHEN they where there, and tell someone.

first i try to share it(what ever happens) with my loved ones or my mother (or) i try to divert myself by doing some work ,if this doesn't work i'll just go out to meet my friends(but i know that it is not that easy to come out of it)

if it was only a small injury, i would ignore it
if it was a normal injury, i would ask for advice
if it was a horrible bad injury (one arm less :-( ), i would probably scream the hole time
