Who wants to live in a negative environment like that? How can you become the best person you can be if some jerk is cutting you down all the time? Boys who want to keep their girl should say nice things. You should consider leaving him. Has he always been like this? How long has he been this way? You might just assume that this is how it's going to be from now on. Do you want this loud jackass to be by your side through your old age? Can you rely on someone who says hurtful things to you? It's an abuse and he's an abuser. Please get help or get away from him. You have a life to lead too, don't let him ruin the life that you have. Leave him if you have too. You dont deserve to be called nasty things. |

I hate it when people abuse the English language, such as using "aint" and double negatives, and saying I have went, or even worse, when they start a sentence with me and a friend. Please report all incidents of language abuse. If he continues to abuse language, take away his dictionary. On a more serious note; does he drink? Verbal abuse could be a prelude to physical abuse. At the least, look into counselling as a remedy. |

If the language is directed to you it is a short step to physical abuse. Be careful. |

I assume you mean a husband that verbally abuses you. Try to get into counciling with him to help him become a better man and for both of you to learn better ways to communicate. If he refuses counciling because he doesn't need it or says you are the one that needs to change because there is nothing wrong with him, pack your bags and leave. He won't get any better and your self-esteem will only get worse. He may even escalate to physical abuse and that won't stop either. And if you have children do you want them raised in that sort of environment?
If he is not willing to work to become a better person, stop wasting your life on him. THERE ARE MORE FISH IN THE SEA sister, believe me! Don't take any more $hit off of him. A husband is supposed to be the man you turn to for support and comfort and love, not the one person you fear over all others. F**K THAT! |

J/k. earplugs?
Okay okay okay, seriously now, uh... I'd ignore him or at least don't talk to him until he gets lonely for company. |

If he abuses you, I would seek counselling or leave him. You shouldn't have to put up with it.
If on the other hand, he uses bad language excessively, I would speak to him and outline your concerns. Your next step then should be counselling. |

If you try talking to him and counseling for him and neither of these things work, you need to see a counselor yourself on why you would put up with it. Take a good hard look at the relationship.Every one can change if they acknowledge their problem. My sisters leaving hers because he doesn't keep his promise to stop. I suggest the same to you if all else fails for the simple fact abuse is abuse no matter how it's dealt out and that's no way to live!YOU DESERVE BETTER!!!!! |

Try the same tactic, see how he likes it coming from you. |

Implement a swear jar system. Every time he swears, he has to put a 20c in the jar. |

two possibilities, contact social services, or next time you go-don-on-him, bite sharply, and pour salt on him. nobody likes a person who abuses women, i sure as hell don't thats for sure. |

If his abusive language really offends you then calmly tell hm during a period where he is placid (or better still flaccid lol). If he persists with his inconsiderate choices of diction then tell him to F*#K OFF back to his mothers. (not so good if you both live with his mom). |

Be as kind and as humble as possible and ask him if there is a reason why he says such horrible things as well as telling and showing him how it makes you feel. If you can't express it into words, try writing him a letter, and putting it somewhere he'll see it, maybe even put a rose or some sort of flower with it. Don't be afraid to communicate, it is the Key! |

Verbal abuse...that means you guys need a bit of counselling. He could change. He must realise that it hurts you first though before he changes. |

If you have an abusive husband leave him and divorce him. If you have children make a compromise. |

Make sure he crosses his 't's and dots his 'i's and mind his 'p's and 'q's. If not report him to the Language Abuse Police where all crimes and misdemeanors will be dealt with fooly. |
