I would take it to the bank and open up a 6 month CD. The rates are around 5% and you'll earn around $70 while you figure out what you really want to do with the money. |

Take a cruise, travel somewhere... Donate it to someone in need - your local charity or church could give you suggestions... get that better car - $1400 won't buy much but if it will get you a better car than what you have now, you need it! |

OMG!!!!!! not enough really for a mum with 5 kids. Might buy a lotto on this weeks lotto which is jack-potting to $30,000,000 on Thursday and then $25,000,000 next Tuesday. Then pay off Christmas laybys for my kids and then grocery shopping. By then it is probably all gone:) |
