If their supervisor continues to ignore your complaints then you need to take it to the next level. You also need to document every time you make a formal complaint. Upper management will be more willing to listen you if you have documented incidents. |

I would set a trap for them. Read James Thurber's short story "Sitting in the Catbird Seat" for inspiration. Also be careful what you say to them. Also read Sun Tzu's "The Art of War" to teach you how to turn your enemy against himself. |

I've dealt with this personally in the past. Two co-workers would try to put a bad slant on me or on the way I handled things when speaking to the company CEO. Other co-workers would overhear them and tell me about it.
I never ever let them think it bothered me even once and let my record speak for itself. One of them was later fired and the other quit after I was promoted above them (they were vying for the same job).
My theory is that back-stabbers and their like usually tend to be morons and are just not worth my time or mental stress. They will usually weed themselves out of your life in time.
Hang in there. |

report them to Human Resources Manager. Tell him/her the whole story. Irritating co-workers can cause delays or job malfunctions. If you tell this to the boss, he/she might broker an agreement with your problematic co-workers. |

I have had similar experiences. When I was victimised by my supervisor I felt I couldnt go to that persons manager as he was so personally in with them. I had to go to the Human Resources department and report a complaint about them. it did get serious but I tell you it never happened again and he left shortly after and most of the other managers leave me alone now |

Confront them in private, ask them why they did that? Give them a chance to explain...they'll squirm. Chances are they'll leave you alone after that. |

All I'd do if I could was fire them that way you would show them that you really don't need em and at the end their'll probably come asking for a job. This time give it to them and after this incident I'm sure they won't do it again! |

IF I WORKED WITH A BACK STABBING CO-WORKER,,,AND I NEW THAT THIS PERSON WAS UP TO NO GOOD I JUST WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THAT PERSON AT ALL. I WOULD TRY TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THAT PERSON AS POSSIBLE,,,I WOULD CERTAINELY NOT WANT TO BE FIRED FOR KICKING SOMEBODYS ***,,,,,,,, |
