The most important element of life is to maximize the amount of happiness you create for yourself and others. So happiness is the highest objective. In many cases, choosing education over happiness in the near term will give you the most happiness over the long term because you will ultimately be more enlightened, have a better job with more money, etc. |

That`s an interesting question.Happiness is definitely important,but education falls under SO MANY categories.The Government is educating our children into idiots.These kids today spend more time in school yet have less common sense than any time in history that i`m aware of.Education can be a wonderful thing if it is going to help you in some way,but you can be highly educated in some area that you will NEVER use and what`s the point?If you can find happiness you are obviously more educated than most of the general population,as they are all still looking for happiness. |

I would have to say happiness. I started college right after I graduated high school. I fell in love, got married, and now have a beautiful six month old son. I finished out one semester. (In case I ever decide to go back). My husband has a great job and is able to support us while I am a stay at home mom. I wouldn't have it any other way. |
