If they have been posted on this forum, just don't answer them.
If your question is more general, that is you refer to real life, I would say that it depends on whom you have to give an answer.
If it is something related to your job, I would try to answer with a few words without any meaning.
If the question is offensive, I would try to answer with the eyes.And after that, I would try to ignore him at all.
It's a good lesson and this method works.
