You tail is grass, and your grandma is the lawnmower, but running away is not the answer!!! Has he called you any, because when he calls you, it dosn't cost you...If he hasn't called you, then the realationship seems one-sided, and that is a whole other problem...as far as the phone bill, you need to try to find odd jobs for the neighbors that you can do, but only with people your grandma trusts...My main concern is that is your grandma is on a fixed income, she may not have the money to pay the phone bill. You had better confess, it'll go worse if she finds out when she gets the bill! |

Running away will not solve anything. How about owning up to what you did, offering to do jobs around the house, and as soon as you are old enough, babysitting, letterbox drops, etc.... A good lesson learned!
Maybe boyfriend can help pay for the calls too. |

I agree with asking your b/f to pay at least half, after all you called him to talk to him, I would feel guilty if my g/f was in trouble because of me. also in the mean time tell your grandma that youve called one of your friends whos been going on vacation and that your really sorry and that you will try and make it up to her whenever you can. Im sure you havent racked enough min to cost a fortune. |

Anyway, the paper round is a great idea. It will be like a payment plan thing and you could see what it like to have a job and stick at it or you will get in trouble again. So...................... Whatever you choose.....It will be for quite a while, perhaps you should think about what you would REALLY like to do, now you have to work . My daughter chose to work at a MCDonalds to pay off her "Stipid kid thing",
Life sucks when you get caught doing something naughty and it costs money, hope it dont cost too much.

Tell her what you've done. If she has the money to pay it, offer to pay her back with a payment plan or something saving your allowance (if you get one) or doing other chores. You could try babysitting or have a garage/yard sale. You could also mows lawns if you're able....I know that's more of a guy thing. But talk to your grandmother...she may have some ideas, too. |
