If they have a reserve set, then they can choose whether or not to sell it to you when the auction is over. If it's a PS3, more than likely they'll have a reserve. If they don't, read the auction carefully. There may be something wrong with it. Sometimes ebay sellers are bitter, so if it only went for $200, he may say it's broken and refuse to ship it. Be careful, there are a lot of dishonest sellers. |

If you bid $200 on something that has a reserve of $210 then no they do not have to sell it to you. You must meet the reserve to win the item |

The highest bidder when the auction closes is the winner.
The seller can protect themself by setting a reserve price. For example, if they're selling a PS3, they might start the bidding at $5 just to attract lots of attention, but they can set a reserve price of any amount they wish. If the winning bid is not higher than the reserve price, they don't have to sell the item.
If a seller has set a reserve price, and your bid is below the reserve, it will say on the sale page right under the price "reserve not met." If you don't see these words, then there is no reserve price set (or it has already been exceeded) and therefore the winning bid gets the item and the seller is required to sell it to you for the winning bid price. |

no.
you have to bid up to or over [which would be on accident, but you wouldnt know] the set amount that they will sell it for.
they will not tell you this that way someone like you will bid as high as you can so they can get a lot more than they expected. |

If you win the bid you win the bid no matter what the price is, but the seller can decide not to sell at the end of the auction.. |

If the auction is over and your the highest bidder then yes, the seller is supposed to sell it to you. When you sell stuff on Ebay you are taking a chance that you may not get as much as you want for the item. If the seller does not sell it to you, I would definetly not give them a good rating. Good luck!!!! |

If they preset a base price, then no, but in most cases you will win it automatically. |

Only when you're the highest bidder. Otherwise you're gonna have to go back and keep bidding to make sure you win it. |

Depends if the seller has a minimum sale price included on it. |

You win it. If the seller doesn't send you the PS3 then they are breaking the agreement with eBay. You can take legal action if they don't send you the PS3 |

if they set a minimum and it's reached they have to sell it to you for the price you bid. good luck on getting a ps3 for that much though, you can't even get a wii that cheap. |
