A park, a mall food court, a restaurant where everyone busy their own food, but you decorate and bring a cake. (if they'll let you.. some places wont let you bring food or decorate too much, but you never know, ask. )
How about an video arcade, mini golf or some amusement arena like that. Some movie theaters have big lobbies, everyone could buy their own ticket to some movie and meet there. Matinee prices wouldnt' break most folks.
I gave one friend a suprise party at Pizza Hut and another at her house. My friend Jessie loved Baskin Robbins ice cream cake so that's what she got.. |

I agree with the above answers, but a key factor has been left out, how old is she? It will depend on her age as to whether she will like it or not.(the whole kid thing) Besides is there a Chucky Cheese near you, parties are much funner there! |

Not sure what you had in mind or how old your sister is but how about a park and grill some burgers & dogs... bowling alley, skating rink, your house.... call up a few of your favorite restuarants and ask how much..

You could just arrange for everyone to go to a local restaurant. Old Country Buffet, Applebee's, or Perkin's are good spots. It is polite to just call ahead and let the resteraunt know that a large group is coming - sometimes they may offer to set aside some tables for you - or a room. Then getting your sister there is easy - just tell her you have a gift certificate to that specific resteraunt and you want to spend it on her birthday. |
