Any bank, but you usually have to roll them. There are also Coinstar machines in several grocery stores, they charge 10%, but it was worth that to not have to roll a bunch of pennies for me! I think if you go to coinstar.com you can find out where a machine might be close to you. |

A bank. Bring your Penny's in rolls that you get at the bank.
A store that has machines that count coins and then you take the receipt to the cashier and she gives you cash!!! |

Bank, maybe? Some banks have sorting machines where you just dump your coins in and it gives you cash. I have never used one so I don't know if there is a built-in rip-off factor or not.

At a bank. There are Coinstar machines in supermarkets, but often they take a portion of your dollar away for the service of converting coininto bills. The bank will do this for you for free. Call ahead to make sure you can do it at their bank without being a member, otherwise, you may have to go to YOUR bank, or open an account. |

In grocery stores there are sometimes machines called Coinstars and they work great, it charges a small fraction of the coins you put in but then you can get your cash at the cash register from one of the cashiers in the store. It's better than going to the bank, b/c there they make you roll them before they cash them, lazy bastards. :) |
