In public restrooms. They have dispensers there. When my boys were little they went into a public restroom and came out wanting 75cents for the "candy machine" in the restroom. Everyone tried not to laugh but it was so funny, they were so serious.

If you are old enough to have sex you should not be ashamed of buying condoms. It is better to be a little embarressed than to have AIDS. But you can try truck stops, bars or go to walmart and scan your own items. That way you can buy in bulk...LOL. I have read somewhere that the condoms you get for free at medical centers etc...are the worst quality. Go to Walmart!

Eventually you will need to approach the counter to pay. Most local drug stores have them located on shelves so you need not ask for the condoms. If it still creates a problem for you buy them online.
