if you have at least 51% of the bill, any bank should be able to cash it for you. Good luck

I think you have to bring them to the bank, but they have to have the serial numbers.

take it to a bank and they will issue you a new one and write it off when they send it to the govt branch they do the banking through.

If you have BOTH serial numbers any bank will do. That way you can't get a dollar for one half at this bank and a dollar for the other half at another bank.

Yes, go to your nearest bank and they will exchange it...there are some limitations as to how much of the bill you have to have left to get the exchange....
