Mackinac Island and the Upper Pennisula of Michigan are G.O.R.G.E.O.U.S. There is so much to see. There are state forests, tons of waterfalls, you have three great lakes surrounding you... The Island is a great time too. You have to take a ferry over (no cars allowed) and everything you do is either by foot, by bike, or by horse and carriage. One of the best vacation places that I have EVER been to! |
