Where would b the best vacation ever?jamaica or hawaii?

I THINK THE BEST VACATION EVER WOULD BE IN HWWAIE BECAUSE THERE IS SO MANY THINGS TO SEE THERE TAHT YOU CANT SEE IN JAMACIA ITS LIKE THIS HAWAIE IS ONE BIG THING AND JAMICA IS ONE TINY THING SHOOT BIG GO FOR THE HAWAIE TRIP IT WILL BE AWSOME IVE BEENT TO BOOTH AND HAWAIE IS BY FAR BETTRER

Hawaii has been my dream since a long time ago.

Well if I had to pick between the two, I would say hands down its Hawaii (if these are my only two choices). Hawaii is BEAUTIFUL. I haven't been to Jamaica and I hear its very nice there too but the one consistent thing I have heard about Jamaica is that there is alot of poverty there and if that bothers you then you will want to choose Hawaii. I have heard there are lots of "beggars" in Jamaica and that can be annoying while on vacation. Beware though, Hawaii is very expensive!!

Sandals resort all inclusive - Jamaica (dont go in hurricane season!)..

My wife and I went to Kuaui (part of Hawaii) for our honeymoon and it was amazing. I highly recommend it. You can hike, or snorkel, or all the other hawaii stuff, but it's not nearly as built up, which we liked. If you're into night-life though, I'm not sure if it would be the best.

Both places are good vacation spots you there are a lot of things to consider. If money is an option which destination is closer to you as airfare will more than likely be less expensive to the destination that you are closests. Remember that flying to the Oahu in Hawaii is less expensive on the airfare then flying to the other islands. If you're going to Hawaii, are you looking to be around crowds of people or do you want a less crowded island? Oahu would be the most popular island and the most crowded, though Maui is right up there. Kauai & Hawaii (Kona) are less crowded and then there is Lanai and Molokai which aren't really crowded or touristy but there isn't as much to do as the other islands.

In Jamaica you have more all-inclusives resorts so you wouldn't have to really worry about food & drinks, where on any of the Hawaiian islands you would have to pay for your food & drinks. There is one resort on Maui if I remember correctly that doesn't really have an all-inclusive package but you can purchase various meal plans when purchasing your resort stay and you could get just breakfast, breakfast & lunch, etc. Most resorts in Jamaica are all-inclusive, there are also adult only resorts that are all-inclusives, there is also clothing optional resorts (Hedonism II & III are the most popular in Jamaica and these resorts are also all-inclusive).

So you first need to ask yourself what is your budget for your vacation, do you want all-inclusive, adult only, clothing optional. You can definately do more exploring in Hawaii than in Jamaica but you can still explore in Jamaica. But keep in mind that Hawaii is much more expensive than Jamaica food & drink wise, gasoline, tours, etc. If money is no option then you should probably check into what time of year you want to travel, if it's during hurricane season then you probably want to really think about whether or not you want to be there during that time of year.

A good travel agency who specializes in Jamaica is Fantastic Voyages. They also put on a blues jam festival every September (early September) in Jamaica at Hedonism III. This year, 2006, will be their 6th year going and the owner of Fantastic Voyages, Lynne, personally goes on these trips with all the clients and musicians. You should check out their website and then contact them if you have questions, concerns, etc.

Either destination will be a wonderful vacation!

New Zealand. Jamaica has ALOT of crime. I know. I 've been there.

I think Hawaii. You can tour other islands, and there is more to do there.

If your Jamaican, go to Jamaica, or if you've been their enough time's, then I would suggest Hawaii. I personally would want to go to Hawaii first, then Jamaica, since I don't traval very much... Dr Checko... (Nickname)
