Unions are worse. A lawyer will steadfastly defend their client in court and the appeal process if needed. Unions don't treat their members all the same., and it seems their mandate is to protect and keep the job of the workers who slack off or suck at their jobs and the employer can't get rid of them due to mandate of the union.,
