I would say the question came first. "Why am I here?"
Or is it the answer which gives rise to debate?? I am here to tempt you to bite the apple. The question might then be, "what's in it for me".
Maybe it's like a circle. The minute you define a circle you have an inside and an outside of the shape. So, after some thought I would say the question and the answer arose concurrently. |

The answer would have had to come first. Then there would be more questions on THAT answer. This is like the old "which came first: the chicken or the egg." In that case, the answer is the hen. Otherwise, the egg could not have been born.

Sometimes both. The question is asked, answers are given. But then, if the question is asked, then the answer is given, then maybe someone's confused on the answer, so they ask a question. |
