If you are diabetic, peanut butter is better even though it has lots of fat, which is bad. Peanut butter also has a lot of protein, which is good. All jelly has is rapid acting carbs (sugar), which can be good if you have low blood sugar.
If you are on a diet, trying to loose weight, avoid peanut butter and all that fat. If you are on a low carb diet, maybe eat peanut butter and avoid jelly.
Gets rather complicated. |

Most people on here will be voting for peanut butter.
Im sure even a dog would eat peanutbutter.
But since theres more varieties of jelly you can have jelly with/on more things (in cakes, ice cream, in shakes and what not)
Jelly is versatile, tasty and you can be creative with it.
The only extra advantage of peanut butter would be that you can use it to grease engine parts.... |
