Absolutely a check. |

A cheque is safer, crossed, and written so theres no spaces after or before the amount or name, and written so that the name cant easily be altered. |

Sending a cheque becuse even if someone take the letter they he/she cannot take money out of the bank. Also when you send a cheque even in unregistered mail, thefts do not spend time on going to the bank to take the money. It is too risky for them. |

Cheque. |

cheques are all 'crossed' so they have to be paid into a specific account name that you write on the cheque - only send cash if you get a postage certificate so you can claim it back if it goes missing |

cheque, it can only be used by the named party, plus when they cash it it appears on your statement so they cant say it was lost. |

Answer.
This is easy cheque.
But if its under £10 then you can send cash.
Im assuming its for ebay and you don't have a paypal account.
If you send cash recorded delivery you know they have recieved it.Postal orders are better with insurance.
I would never send a cheque.
A lot of people can then say it takes 2 weeks to clear plus postage time. You could be waiting a month for your goods.
Ive had no problems sending cash ever. |

You should NEVER send cash in the post!!! If you send a cheque, & it goes missing, at least you've got the stub to prove you wrote it. If it's a bill you're paying, set up a Direct Debit or Standing Order, or pay the bill through the bank. |

Trust Me! it is much more safer to send a check in the mail! Because someone can just as easily use the money without you knowing! On the other hand, (if someone stole it)you would know when it gets cashed, (and you can cancel it)! |

Oh please - a cheque . Please do not tell me you are planning to send a cheque to someone. For what and how much. |

Common sense should always prevail, can`t believe you have asked this question in this day and age. Not having a go at you, but would you really send cash through the post?, THERE ARE MANY other options open to you than sending hard cash. |

Cheque (as most people have said) but if you are receiving it, then you want cash (notes only) |
